In January 2009 I adopted Baxter (formerly referred to as Buck) from Golden Beginnings. From the start he was a great companion, and like most Goldens he was tennis ball obsessed. We played so much fetch I got tennis elbow. He loved his toy collection, and of course his treats. He also enjoyed running, swimming, and his yard.
At 13 years of age, on May 9, 2019, Baxter crossed over the Rainbow Bridge. He made our lives complete and we miss him terribly. The house is so empty without his presence. Our hearts are broken, and he will forever be missed.
